Cancelable Listings

All listing agreements at Black Sheep Real Estate Company are cancelable* by client or broker at any time for any reason. We do not believe in "tying up" our clients in non-cancelable contracts. Your physician, attorney and accountant don't require non-cancelable contracts, why should your Real Estate professional? We work hard for our clients. Our clients stay with us because they see, on a daily basis, that we are working hard to market their property during these challenging times.

* Broker protection clause applies - Broker shall be entitled to full compensation, in accordance with listing agreement if property is purchased by Buyer introduced to subject property during the term of the listing agreement.
